KPSW Oversees

• Water and sewer service billing
• Water and sewer specifications, applications, permits, inspection requests
• Water and sewer payments must be postmarked or paid in person to the Town Clerk by due date indicated on bill to avoid penalty.
• Any outstanding balances for water and sewer accounts not paid in full by October 15th of any given year will be levied on the town and county tax bill.

Information regarding KPSW UTILITY BILLING + ONLINE PAYMENT CONVERSION

KPSW has completed a conversion of its billing and payment software. This has been done to replace the outdated system and prepare for the new interface for the approved water meter capital project.

1. Quarterly billing for all customers has changed to bills being generated March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st.
2. Bill postcards will be white.
3. New account numbers and a pin number will be issued for all accounts and be posted on your March bill. The -0 is part of the account #.
4. Online payment portal has been updated.

Permit Applications

NO UNAUTHORIZED PERSON SHALL UNCOVER, MAKE ANY CONNECTIONS WITH OR OPENING INTO, USE ALTER OR DISTURB ANY PUBLIC SEWER OR APPURTENANCE THEREOF WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A WRITTEN PERMIT FROM THE TOWN OF JERUSALEM.
